1,000-2,000 Square Feet - $150

2,000-3,000 Square Feet - $175

3,000-4,000 Square Feet - $200

4,000-5,000 Square Feet - $225

5,000-6,000 Square Feet - $250

6,000+ Square Feet - $275

Commercial Properties - Starting at $200

*Homes above 6,000 square feet vary in price due to size/features on property.

*Basement must be included in total square footage with each inquiry, even if it's unfinished, if you want pictures of this area, the

square footage is added to the total.

*Please be respectful of time and schedules. Houses need to be completely ready to be photographed upon arrival. For cancellations less than 24 hours before shoot is scheduled, or if I have arrived on property and cannot access the building or home isn't ready to shoot, a 50% inconvenience fee of the total cost of the shoot will be added to the invoice.
